Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available only when shown as an eligible delivery option at checkout.

Pickup Notification

Do not travel to the store until a “ready for pickup” notification has been received. Inventory availability on the website does not mean an order is already prepared for pickup.

What to Bring

Bring the order confirmation and identification matching the customer or authorized pickup person when requested.

Unclaimed Orders

Contact us promptly if an order cannot be collected. Orders left unclaimed may be cancelled, returned to inventory, or converted to shipment after reasonable notice, subject to applicable fees and product restrictions.

Local-Only Products

Some preorders or limited products may be reserved for eligible local customers and may not be available for shipment. Eligibility and fulfillment terms will be stated on the product or checkout.
