These Terms of Service describe the rules that apply when you access the Seven Realms website, create an account, place an order, use our services, participate in store programs, or interact with Seven Realms online or in person.
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our posted policies, and any additional terms shown at checkout, on product pages, in event registration, or through applicable marketplace channels.
You agree to use the Seven Realms website lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the site, interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content for prohibited purposes, submit false information, abuse promotions, or engage in fraudulent activity.
We may limit, suspend, or refuse service when activity appears abusive, fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms.
We work to keep product titles, descriptions, images, categories, variants, conditions, languages, prices, quantities, preorder dates, and availability accurate. Errors can still occur, especially with fast-moving trading card singles, collectibles, marketplace imports, and products with multiple variants.
Seven Realms may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel orders, refund unavailable items, update product information, or contact you for confirmation when needed.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may review orders for inventory accuracy, payment authorization, address issues, suspected fraud, abuse of promotions, duplicate orders, unusually high quantities, or marketplace/platform requirements.
If we cancel or adjust an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method unless another resolution is agreed upon or required by the platform.
Many products sold by Seven Realms are condition-sensitive. Trading card singles, comics, graded items, sealed products, vintage items, toys, figures, and collectibles may vary by print run, language, finish, edition, packaging, factory condition, or market value.
Product condition information is provided to help customers make informed decisions. Please review condition, variant, language, photos when present, and product details before ordering.
Seven Realms may sell, advertise, or sync products through third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, eBay, TCGplayer, Mana Pool, CardTrader, and similar channels. Orders or listings on those platforms may be subject to additional marketplace rules, including accurate item descriptions, category requirements, return windows, tracking requirements, buyer protection, tax handling, and prohibited-product rules.
When required, Seven Realms may adjust product data, limit availability, remove listings, cancel orders, or follow platform dispute and refund procedures.
Event registration, tournament entries, prerelease events, loyalty programs, rewards, store credit, buylist submissions, trade-in programs, and special promotions may have additional rules. Those rules may include eligibility, registration limits, refund restrictions, conduct expectations, age restrictions, and timing requirements.
Seven Realms may remove participants from events or programs for cheating, harassment, theft, unsafe conduct, disruptive behavior, or violation of store or publisher rules.
Seven Realms branding, website layout, photography, graphics, copy, and original content may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission except as allowed by law. Product names, characters, game names, publisher marks, marketplace names, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Customer-submitted reviews, photos, messages, or social content may be used to provide service, respond to requests, moderate abuse, or operate store features when allowed by law and platform terms.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seven Realms is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, delays, product unavailability, marketplace changes, carrier issues, third-party services, or inability to access the site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Seven Realms may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
