G.I. Joe Classified Series line, Mad Marauders Sgt Slaughter comes ready for adventure, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability. This Sgt Slaughter figure comes kitted out with 18 character-inspired accessory pieces including 2 dumbbells, 7 alternate hands, boxing glove hands, drill instructor baton, canvas duffel bag, whistle, miniature carded action figure, and weapon accessories; plus his signature aviator sunglasses and iconic campaign cover.

Early samples and even Hasbro's own official packaged photos showed the figure with the hat off and to the side in the tray. However, after Sgt. Slaughter himself (Robert Remus) requested that his iconic campaign hat be on his head in the packaging, Hasbro made a change. As a result, a limited and unknown number of these figures shipped with the cap off, making it a variant that some collectors specifically look for. Most figures produced after this change would have him packaged with the hat on his head.
